Data that may be collected
We may collect identification and contact data, including name, email address, telephone number and location. Website hosting and delivery services may also generate technical logs, including IP address, access date and time, device and browser type, and security events.
The form does not request facts about the matter, procedural status, documents, third-party names or evidence. We also do not deliberately request sensitive personal data: do not include that information in the contact fields before a preliminary conflict review and instructions concerning an appropriate channel.
Purposes of processing

Technology providers acting on the firm's behalf may process only the information required to provide their services and remain subject to applicable contractual and legal duties. No other transfer requiring consent will be made unless you instruct us or the law requires it.
ARCO rights, withdrawal and restriction
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection with respect to your personal data, withdraw consent or limit data use by writing to alejandro@montoyaabogados.com.mx. The firm does not use these data for marketing and will process through that same address any request to limit their use or disclosure.
A request must state the data subject's name and a means for receiving notices; establish identity or, where applicable, identity and authority to act; state the right being exercised and, except for an access request, describe the relevant data; and include any information that assists in locating the data. Rectification requests must identify the requested changes and include supporting material.
A determination will be sent by email within twenty business days after the request is received. If granted, it will be implemented within the next fifteen business days. Each period may be extended once for an equal period where the circumstances justify it. Access will be provided electronically, after identity verification, without charge except legally permitted reproduction or delivery costs.
Security, retention and amendments
Reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards are used to protect information. Data are retained for the period required to fulfill the relevant purpose and applicable legal periods and are then blocked or deleted as appropriate.
